Privacy policy
_Last updated: 2026-07-19_
This privacy policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of the users of THINKHX (thinkhx.com).
This privacy policy and the terms and conditions form a single contractual whole. Terms in capitals not defined here have the meaning given in the terms and conditions.
We process personal data in accordance with data-protection law and the conditions below. A "personal data" item is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We collect only data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed; we never ask for sensitive data (racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinions). By registering, you authorise us to process your personal data; if you refuse, please do not use the service.
1. What data we collect and when
We may collect and store your personal data when you:
- browse the website;
- create and use your account;
- pay for a plan;
- use the AI features;
- contact our team.
We use your data to operate and manage the service, answer your requests, and improve the service. If you opted in when creating your account, we may send you emails about our offering; you can unsubscribe at any time.
1.1 Browsing
Connection data: each time you connect we collect data such as your IP address, the date and time of connection, and information about the browser you use. Browsing data: how you reached the service, which pages you viewed and for how long. We may use cookies for this — see the cookie policy.
1.2 Account creation
Some features require an account. You provide personal data items on creation — such as your email address — which we use to identify you, manage your account and communicate with you.
1.3 Payment
Paid plans rely on external service providers that may collect data to process card or alternative payments. To subscribe to a paid plan, you provide your billing and payment details. Transaction details are kept in our systems and at the external payment provider for internal, accounting, compliance and legal purposes.
1.4 AI usage
When you configure and run AI applications, we record the requests you send to the AI, the results returned, and the details of each execution (model used, token consumption, timestamps). We use these records to provide and improve the service, calculate your usage, and display your execution history in the platform.
1.5 Contact
To follow up on requests to our customer service, we may use your name and email address.
2. How we protect your data
We put in place technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data and prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties, at a level appropriate to the state of the art and the risks. No security measure is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. It is also your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and to log out on a shared device.
3. When we share your data
3.1 With third-party companies
Your data may be transmitted to external providers that act on our behalf to make the service work, notably to process payments and to run AI inference. Except where a third party asks you to accept its own policy, these companies undertake to process your data only to provide our service. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing without your prior consent.
3.2 With the authorities
We may disclose your data to administrative or judicial authorities where necessary to identify, stop or prosecute anyone who may harm our rights, another user or a third party, or where we are legally required to do so.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for the duration of your registration, to identify you when you connect and to provide the service. If you close your account, your data is erased and kept only in archived form to establish a right or a contract. In any case we keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, and after proving your identity, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or its erasure. You may also object to or restrict the processing, decide the fate of your data after death, withdraw your consent at any time, and exercise the right to data portability. To exercise your rights, contact us by email at contact@thinkhx.com, enclosing a copy of an identity document. You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.
6. Changes to this policy
We may change this privacy policy at any time; please review it regularly. We will publish any change on this page. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
